Attention Fitblrs!

So I just stayed up until midnight writing up a loose weight training plan for me to do three times a week at home. I plan on doing abs with my Back & Biceps and Chest & Triceps days, and I will still be doing cardio 3-4 times per week. I’m going to start with 2-lb dumbbells and I’ll be doing 3 sets of 20 reps of each exercise, although I will be tweaking all of those variables as I go along. I have absolutely no idea what sparked this late-night motivation and energy to focus, but I am very grateful and excited to have this put together! Now for the real test of following the plan
